Woods Health Supplements - Affordable Quality Since 1981
Rose Hip is the fruit of the rose plant that ripens by the end of summer. They contain high amounts of Vitamin C, Beta-carotene, Lutein and Lycopene. They can also be consumed as a food, being traditionally made into jams, teas and wines. They can even be eaten raw as a berry (but it’s not recommended as they contain some fine hairs inside them that are removed with cooking).
Rose Hips naturally contain the carotenoids Beta-carotene, Lutein, Zeaxanthin and Lycopene as well as being rich in Vitamin C.
