Taken from a type of mussel native to New Zealand, Green lipped mussel is used as a nutritional supplement. Available in freeze dried, ground and tablet form. Green lipped mussel naturally contains omega 3 fatty acids and chondroitin sulphate as well as key vitamins and minerals.
