Selenium + Vitamins A, C and E

Selenium and A+C+E supplies multiantioxidant nutrients. Beside vitamins C and E, which are both antioxidants in their own right, this formula contributes to the raw materials from which the body makes glutathione peroxidase and another enzyme that converts thyroxine into the more active triiodothyroxine. This in turn has a fundamental role in metabolism. Glutathione peroxidase has an important antioxidant role in the body.
