Help with ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse to the product category, select the item you wish to purchase and click on 'Add to cart'. This will add the item to the shopping basket in the top right corner of the page. You can also search for a specific product by using the quick search facility in the top bar.
After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button in the shopping basket and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. At any time you can view what items you have ordered by referring to your Shopping Basket.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch JCB, American Express and Maestro cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Order By Phone
Complete your order then view your Shopping Cart online or make a note of the Name(s) and Item No.(s) of the items you wish to purchase. Then call our 24 Hour Order Line on 08451 66 77 88.
Ordering by Fax
Complete your order then view your Shopping Cart online. Click continue and fill out your shipping information leaving the Payment Information empty. Then you can write the information down on paper or print the page and fax the order to us on 08451 66 77 89.
Ordering by Post
Write your selections and name, address and item details on paper and send your order to us by post with cheque/PO or credit card details to.

Shipping & Handling
Orders of over £5 (GB only) are shipped free of Charge. Orders under £5 are shipped at a cost of £1.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
