How much will I be charged for shipping?

All orders placed on the Woods website are shipped by post free of charge (UK orders
only).

I live outside the UK, can I still order?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and Channel Islands.

When will I receive my order?

In normal circumstances it will take approximately 5 - 10 working days for delivery. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery during busy periods.

Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee / Returns Policy?

All our products are backed by a 30 day no quibble policy. If you are not satisfied with
the products or see no change you may return the product for a full refund.

How do I find the product that I am looking for?
A.
You can find the supplement that you are looking for by clicking on the relevant
health/ailment category menu at the top of the page or by using the Products menu.
You can also use the sites 'Search' facility, which will search the entire Woods website
for both keywords and product codes.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

How do I know the item I want is in stock?
A.
If in the unlikely event that an item you want is out of stock, you will be sent all other items that you have ordered that are in stock. Once this item comes back into stock it will be automatically posted to you straight away. You have the right to cancel the out of stock item should you wish.
